just to add ambiance lighting into Blockland. Like, spotlights in a jail escape, search lights in a rescue RP, spotlights to indicate a special event, auditoriums, etc.

Either a booth somewhere in the ceiling or a room backstage. People usually pay attention to the act on stage, not the lighting controller. Unless its a show where the person onstage has a lighting set up with them, then that's different.
