The 3DS was a new system that needed a boost, a promising title to help persuade people to purchase it. This is how most game companies work.

Many, many series have games that are system-exclusive. Ratchet & Clank, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, and Mario Bros. to name a few.

The blockland group is dead and so is the metal cup, your better off just playing online with the world.

I'll upload my friend code as soon as I add you two.

Nintendo had one of its "Nintendo Direct" things, both for Japan and North America, I missed most of Japan's and NA's was boring as hell.
However, overall it gave two interesting pieces of news.

First: Nintendo 3DS XL

90% bigger screens
Better Battery Life
4 GB SD Card

Release: August 19th
Price: $199.99

i'm surprised they didn't add the second controller pad

Second: New Japanese Animal Crossing 3DS trailer. It'll be released in 2012 for Japan, hopefully that includes NA too.

I'm debating whether to buy this or not...
I can just import ambassador games, so yeah.

Looks like a waste of money if you already have a 3DS

Well, I got a DSi XL when I had a DSi mainly due to the fact that my hands felt cramped.

When they dropped that bombshell I was shocked, but yet I could see it coming, I want a white one though, I think I'll buy it hoping for a ambassador program 2.

Before anyone complains about this new device being bull because of missing Circle Pad pro, how many important 3DS games have you played that require this? Sure, MGS would work better with one, but it's still playable without one.
A bit off topic, but this was all typed on my iPhone.
