What do I do?
I truly want to date this girl.
But I can't figure out why she treats me like this.
Shes showing jealousy,
but I can't even say a word to her.

How do I get her to let me talk to her?

You have to remember that men and women think in completely different ways.  COMPLETELY different.  I say, give her some time like a day or two, and act casually while this time goes.  Don't change anything, don't go out of your way to do anything for her/other girls, just act like you normally would.  If you normally hang around other girls anyway, then keep doing that.  Change nothing, but give her some time.

So your saying to just continue life as if she wasn't there, I can't be exactly normal, because she was a part of my life, we had conversations almost every day. So yeah.

I got you, thanks for explaining that a little better.

If you saw a picture of her, you'd half understand
But more importantly than her looks, whenever I had conversations with her, she was always one of the nicest girls I talked to.
She just had a really amazing impression on me,
Not like most the girls I date.

Well thats what I was going to do today, I was just gonna play it off and stop talking to her
But she kept looking at me,
and then her friends tell me that shes "mad at me for talking to another girl"
So that kinda pissed me off, and I tryed to talk to her, and she tells me not to,

1) I messaged this girl on Facebook (I know), and she gave me her number, but then when I started texting her, she decides that she likes someone else.  And I'm okay with that, so I ask her if I'll ever have a chance in the future(Bad Decision) and she says she doesn't know me well enough to give a straight answer.  So I ask her can we just get to know each other better.  But then, she doesn't answer, and decides to tell her friends about me. 
Then. stuff hits the fan.
A black guy confronts me in the hall and asks me if I'm messing with this girl, I'm scared stuffless so I say no, he says "Alright, but if we do we gon' have problems"
So I see her in the hall and tell her off for having a black guy confront me like that, but I don't listen to what she says as I walk away.
Later, I go to apologize to her in the hall and she tells me not to talk to her, then yells at me for still trying, making a big scene at school.
Then I text her a lot later, and say I'm sorry for not listening to her, and she says back that "I don't know her, and I never will"
Guys. What the hell do i do?

Run. I've dealt with girls like that. Run. Don't get mixed into that crap. She clearly isn't saying nice things about you. It should show you that she's not worth it.
