Author Topic: Overlapping Bricks  (Read 4941 times)

Okay, so i'm wondering, isn't there an add-on that lets you overlap bricks together? If there is, could someone please give me a link? Thanks.

It's called TBM. This isn't possible in Blockland and there is no reason to use it with our brick optimization system.

No.

You would have to edit the .blb file of each brick you want to be able to overlap, which might get tedious. I'm pretty sure that's the only way, currently, to do it.

Someone pointed out making a brick count as water makes you able to plant other bricks inside it.

You're really stupid, aren't you? RTB made a system to move bricks around dynamically first even. You'd use it to overlap bricks and such. TBM made their own system to do the same (Which I liked better, I found it harder to adjust brick movement on RTB).

Does it matter who did what first?

um
yes
considering tbm is really just rtb in the first place

Considering you acted like it was some bad feature exclusive to TBM, yes it matters.

Ive seen this in-game.

I do believe its quite easy to script but its a bit hacky.

This is such an easy thing to do
but it's disgusting and stupid and it's easily hackable.

If it ever got released it would be fail binned right?

isWaterBrick = true;

isWaterBrick = true;
that will sort of work, i think it'll collide with other "water" bricks
it actualy is easy to do and possible

and everybody ignores this?

I could give you the script but its ultra buggy.
