Hey OT, so it's a super nice day out, so I'm going to do some grilling, my current agenda lays as so;

Going to go to the store and pick up a nice Porterhouse or T-bone.

Marinate it in freshly ground black pepper, some fresh garlic and some sea salt.

Get some garlic, wrap in tin-foil, grill that stuff too.

take juice from garlic and pour it over the steak after it's done cooking. <3

probably finish it all off with some lemonade or something.

what do you guys think I should add in? I need a nice side dish.

Why are you referring to us as the board you're posting in?

What is this, 4chan?

i'd usually prefer to have some sort of salad or something as a side dish, you know. meat for the main course, and vegetables as sides

oh and if you're in the mood for it i'd totally recommend some sort of vegetable soup as a side too

also beachbum you sound like a master chef or something, lol. maybe you should come over to my house and fix my family and i dinner too XD

Icecream and chocolate sauce.

Hmm.
This is a hard one.  Why not do a Steak/Mashed potatoes thing?  Thats always been one of my favorites
But if your looking for a light-hearted side dish, yeah I'd go with the grilled pineaple

I always like a nice baked potato with my steak, with butter (preferably melted), either sour cream or melted cheese, and maybe bacon bits.
