Long story, really. A few months back I was trying to reskin my computer to look like an apple. I found a program that makes the start button the apple logo and the taskbar the apple stuff. And as some know, that stuff is at the top. Once the free trial of that program expired and I got too lazy to reinstall it, it defaulted back to windows 7 textures. I kind of liked the way it was at the top, so I kept it.
