Wow, I feel REALLY bad for you.

My desktop picture changes between about 50 other pictures of Aircraft in service with the US Armed Forces.

I have another 1920x1080 monitor, but there's nothing important there.

The theme I'm using is Aero+, and the start orb came from Premiere. I'll probably get a new one anyway because of how this one is off-center.

how do I install aero+?

how do I install aero+?
The links above are cool, but I just used the Windows 7 Theme Installer. Of course, you'll need to use a theme patcher first, then installing themes after that is a breeze.

dammit
show me your ways to desktop pls

well the weather, time, and text widgets are from rainmeter
here's the skin
in case you need help installing rainmeter (assuming you don't already have it installed), just go to rainmeter.net, download it, and after it's installed just place the skins in the rainmeter folder (C:\Users\name\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins)

well what files do I need to put in there is it all of them for the theme installer or what

You should only have to worry about the .theme file in the case of Aero+.
