What's wrong with linux?

Yes yes and I tried to, but it said that the "Software index broke" and it couldn't install half of the updates that were there.

and that was just today

Icons are awful
The taskbar is gross
Im too lazy to rice

is a requirement of running linux to have it looking as useless (and ugly with all of the clashing icon styles) as possible while showing pointless CPU percentages, terminal, and whatever stuff youtube trance song or anime ost you're listening to?

he's just trying to look edgy

Jesus loving christ guys, what's wrong with having a system installed and customized the way you like it?

I realize PurpleMetro doesn't have the same intentions (or knowledge) when using and constantly switching between distros, but there really isn't any problem as long as he's fine with it.

It's not really news that some people may not prefer window borders, that some people prefer minimalism, and that some people thought it would be neat to, for one reason or another, showcase their interests via keeping their current activities unminimized.

There's a nice little thing called preference, and just because someone or something is different, that doesn't mean they're trying to be edgy.

Look at the topic title.
