yeah because the inconsistent design of previous versions was great!  Minimalistic design is popular for a reason, because it's functional and timeless (which, by the way, is pretty much what apple stands for at the moment).  Though I guess you don't need logic, only ironic phrases.

with android, you're supposed to go download more clocks, music players, browsers, books, movies, and all of that crap to make your phone better

with iphone, you just get 1 clock app, 1 multimedia store, 1 browser, 1 book store, that gets updated with big changes, if not, then little on every ios release iirc. you don't need to go searching through a million outdated/third-party apps just to find what you want, it's right here

Dunno about you, but I just got the Samsung Galaxy SIII and all of its stock apps work fine for me.

Also, an Android phone is customizable as hell; you can make it as simple or as convoluted as you want.

LG Nitro HD second smartphone
Samsung Galaxy SIII current smartphone

yes that's true but if you want to make it truly simple/convoluted then you need root access with mods
and alot of people including me don't want to root their phones

the only reason i care about "phone ricing" is because i don't have a problem with the performance on my laptop, smartphone, or whatever. and because performance is another major, what else do i have to be concerned about
