As in, from individual servers that have banned him due to this, and the forums.

If a server owner doesn't want you on his server, I don't really see the point of being disappointed by a ban from there. The most fun you can have online is after all, according to me, on servers owned by people you know, and like to hang out with. Getting banned from a server which you have no relation to is not a big loss. So yeah, I don't understand what's the fuss about getting banned from random servers.
Getting excluded from the forums, I would take as a bigger setback. But, I'm just here for the game not the community. So it wouldn't really be devastating if it would happen to me.
I got a faint memory of taking this up somewhere else.
