A newcomer, named Felix Montoya, was found by Pip in the underground complex.
He was important to Pip (and for that matter, Peter, Alek, and Jonathan).
He was unaware of the survivor base he had been living under.
Pip shows him around, but suddenly, the survivor base is breached! The survivors fight off the horde,
but their problems aren't over. Brock Jericho starts a fuss, and about a dozen survivors chase him,
but to no avail. Jericho escapes by helicopter again...
*night turns to morning*
Pip sees Alek, who missed the action, and tells him about Felix. They can't find him anywhere, so
they get a large search party together and go looking for him. Pip, alone, finds him mauled in the town,
and is forced to shoot Felix's corpse in the head, to prevent reanimation.
Pip is disturbed after having to shoot his new friend, but their friendship isn't the only reason Pip needed Felix...
Why was this newcomer so important to Pip, Alek, Jonathan, and Peter? What does his death mean?
What was he doing in the underground complex for all that time?
