I'm at GMT -5 (i think, my local time right now is 12:10 pm), USA Central timezone, and I'm on prettymuch all day, with a large break around dinner hour.

11AM - 1PM
2PM - 4PM
5PM - 7PM

Just because one gets the highest votes doesn't mean that will be the hosted time. It will just be the most likely. Say 11AM - 1PM is chosen. I would host from 10AM to 2PM UTC/GMT to account for the other people.
