I got perma'd by RingsOfSaturn for killing him after he shot at me, this happened a few days ago.

My name ingame is Rocket (BLID:5340), please unban, I didn't do anything wrong.

I said "PUT YOUR HANDS UP" to a group of people who included ROS and they turned and opened fire on me, so I shot back and killed ROS and then died myself.

He then immediately perma banned me for "FAIL RP"
