No. This server strictly follows a "permanent bans are permanent" doctrine.

Dude no. Don't add more sci-fi stuff. Just use normal attack dogs if you have to do this. I like the idea a lot, but it would be much cooler if the dogs weren't mutated alien freaks. In fact, their ugliness wont even make it more scary. Having rabbid dogs chasing after you is terrifying enough.
There's no way in which making them infected would make it better, but many ways it would make it worse.
