Author Topic: Looking for an MMO  (Read 1549 times)

swtor is pretty much all combat. every quest is either kill some stuff or find some things that have enemies nearby so you kill them too

BUT THE STORY MAN
THE STORY
ASDFGHJKL

Bisjac doesn't sound like he has the attention span to get immersed in the story of an MMO, considering he only plays them for a month or two before losing interest

Blockland. It's a pretty fun game where combat is only a portion of the game and it's where you build stuff.

not an MMO

FFXIV got TERRIBLE ratings and such, look up some reviews.

I don't need to since I own the game. As bisjac said they replaced the original dev team and they already have the patch out that everyone wanted to see,

I haven't played it in a while since my computer takes a massive stuff and over heats but I remember running around with a few guild members and fishing at a lake then having a cooking contest which was entertaining. If you just google for things to do I'm sure someone has listed them off.

Archeage but its not out. player cities, open world, sieges and vehicles, sandbox like farming and housing, command and crewable boats, kraken, pvp only continent, underwater stuff, special events, class mixing
terrible, engrish-y website
looks like a pretty cool game though

You can play Runescape a buttload an not fight anyone or anything ever.

If you want to test this i think open beta starts 20th

You ever tried darkfall online? It's kind of dead but I think someone like you could get together a band of people that could dominate the world. It's like HnH only without the lag problems and FPS combat. There are still like 3-4 dedicated clans that are always PVPing so even though it's diminished a lot there is still enough fun to be had and they are working on a massive expansion called darkfall 2.0 that will probably bring back most of the people that left.

When I saw your avatar, I was just sitting there for about 10 minutes watching it over and over and having a laugh.

Anyway, on topic: Try Guild Wars, it's awesome.
