Author Topic: Going through depression...  (Read 8379 times)

no one cares when i do something good, or nice, so im going to stop putting effort into it.
you're being selfish then
if you do something good its should be from your heart, not for reward

By that logic you will therefore have to put some effort into life to stay alive at all. As long as your alive, you have no choice but to deal with people and emotion unless you find some secluded place that no other human being in the world would show up in.

I do. but getting yelled at by it not being "exactly" what they wanted makes it not seem worth it. I do things like that because im a good person, and the only thing i expect in return is just a little appreciation.

"MY LIFE IS SOOO TERRIBLE I DON'T WORK I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BUYING FOOD MY PARENTS BUY ME EVERYTHING AND I HAVE FRIENDS. BAAAAW"

It is always a horomone in your brain, but only clinical depression is medical.

It always is, if you are saying its not you are defining depression differently. In which case you could just say "i'm sad" which is the same thing.

I don't like to think of it as a condition though

There is no need to kill yourself.
Everything will be eventually okay. :)
Sometimes it just takes some time.

As long as you have somebody you can talk (IE a trusting friend, family member, or guardian) you can get through life. Otherwise, I can't much argue if you off yourself.

go try something,or change your routine,i had depression, also, listen to some samba:
