My friend and I have an S4, a Numark deck, a Maschine, a Nanokey 2 (my favourite <3) + 2 other keyboards, and we're waiting on a set of Pioneer S DJ08's. We're both getting into production, and next September we're getting into DJing locally when we get lights.
stuff is expensive as forget. You should be serious about it before you get into it. If you're into it as a hobby, grab a cheaper mix deck for like $500 and some cheapish monitors for like $200. That's what we did at first (Numark deck and another set of monitors that I forget the name of)
