I just wanted to get a taste and the beta is extremely short, like 40 minutes of play time.

Doubt I could play it, but man do I want to. The can you run it site isn't working for me so I couldn't find out.

Know of any other type of sites similar to the one I mentioned to find out?

looked like there was. the first chapter seemed like the mad king, and there were like three others. then again didn't try them so i'm not sure if they even exist.

No the 3 chapters are all that stuff that lead up to the mad king. You made me go and kill the mad king again just to see if they added a quest after :/

I played a bit by myself, Which was boring, And i played with cc for a bit which was more fun but his game broke and instantly crashes now.

Still waiting for Torchlight 2.
