nearly all my teachers at my high school are women too, thankfully none of them pull that crap, they're mostly pretty nice

The people you may be thinking of are feminational socialists, people who claim to be feminists yet take the idea all wrong. I think if you saw a feminist organization you'd find a small percentage of these people hate men/men's rights. Please remember it's easy for this forum to become a circlejerk against women, because most of us are men and I know for a fact a few girls here are like "i hate the women at my age >:C"

I hate stuff where they try to enforce having specifically something for both women and men, they should just let them be together. I get the sports thing, though - I was playing football once at the park and I was glad I was on the team with the only girl there because I wouldn't feel comfortable tackling her. 
I don't understand this either, they try to create equality, then we are just separated again. It's as though they look DOWN on girls, yet also hold them on a silver platter. Basically, it's like a "protect this thing" dealie right now. It's all really confusing but the best thing to do now is not let your anger get the better of you; try to see issues from both male and female sides. I do agree there is a bias against males in the media and whatnot, but there is also a bias against women. It all depends who they're marketing to.
