Motion Controls: Yes/No?

I wanted to see how the majority felt on the matter of motion controls. I cant stand them and much prefer a traditional controller. Im ok with the direction Xbox and PS3 went where motion controls were optional, but as for the Wii where you were basically forced to use them I want to shoot myself in the eye. I dont think Ive even used my Wii in the last two years because the controller sucks so much ass.

It looks like a traditional controller to me and a nice system by appearance but could someone post how the controller works and maybe some info on the system? Is Nintendo redeeming itself here or are they crapping out another stuffbox?

I saw people playing at E3. The Wii U uses both the new controller AND the old one. Four Wii U controllers connect to the system, I believe.

They should still make a standard controller. I hate the Wii's controller, its the worst design Ive ever seen. Who wants to wave a stick around for hours. I understand they ATTEMPTED to give you the ability to use it as a standard controller but a sideways stick is a horrible design and theres a reason it died out in the age of the NES.

Xbox live's motion control didn't work on my black friend.

We actually called them about this issue, the said to stop prank calling.
I'm not lying either, it wouldn't work on him.
