It's an old, abandoned warehouse. If you aren't mistaken, they used to store computer hardware or something of the sorts here. From what you can see, there's one garage door, probably for delivery trucks, and a double doorway into the building.

You look out over the once living land that stretches between you and the city and look at the tallest building in the city. It just so happens to be your apartment building. It hadn't always been that tall, but since the renovations they started a few months back it's gotten tons of new floors. Everyone's kind of worried it'll just fall over, but it's insanely stable.

Instead of ramming the station wagon into the door and scaring him off and ruining the car, you just go over and actually try to open the door. You also whip out the ol' tommy gun, ready to be a hole puncher on the next guy you see. The door just slides open, creepily quiet as well. A faint light is visible from outside.
