Went on to the site. It couldn't find the java thing. Went on the forums. Told me I needed 64 bit java.
I went on the java link. Said I needed to accept the OTN license terms. Search for it. Comes up with bullstuff.

You need to make sure your java is up to date. If you have 64 bit windows, get 64 bit java. If you have 32-bit windows, get 32-bit java.
