Alright try this:
My Cousin has me do this one thing to where every time I walk upstairs I have to do one pull up on the pull up bars. He did that when he was young and now he's really in shape.

What you could do is like do a push up when you walk out of your room or something.

My endurance sucks!
I can only jog for like 8 minutes, then I can't anymore.

I mean in your house. Jeez I didn't have to try and help.

Hell I think its a good idea being I walk the stair well all the time. (Basement bedroom, bathrooms upstairs)

And I'm pretty sure you leave your room for something every now and again.

if you're just trying to lose weight and not gain muscle, skip some eating
breakfast especially
if you're trying to lose weight, breakfast is a good meal to skip
but don't skip the other meals or eat more than you would normally for those meals
eating more for the other meals would nullify the skipped breakfast, and skipping any other meals would be too unhealthy
walk up and down flights of stairs
aerobic exercise is good for losing fat, anaerobic exercise is usually better for gaining muscle
