I wanted to say that the trailer shows how you fight all the robots and stuff in urban combat. Seriously the trailer shows nothing about any unorthodox methods of destroying the robots except shooting them with guns and jets.
Maybe there would be a single mission where you had to kill the guy who was responsible for this crap but in that kind of situation it wouldn't even be something unorthodox or against millitary protocol / the law.

Well there are 60 years between Black ops 1 and 2.
No more Cold War era against Russia just some new refined stuff against China.
I think they are just too lazy to make a new series that would fit even better than Black Ops 1 or they are just trying to get more people to buy it.

The things that I don't get:

1. If people don't like a game, why do they flip the forget out about it and make a big deal of it? (Attention?)


2. How does a Futuristic setting=/= BF 2142? (they dont even look similar)


3. If you don't like the game, why not ignore it and go to something you do like? (and not make a big deal of it)

Black ops 1 wasn't really that good.
It was better than a few other games but it still has a bunch of major flaws.

For example the handicapped weapon balancing in the multiplayer :
You start with basic guns and later you can unlock guns that are exactly like the basic guns just with more firepower / accuracy / whatever.
I gotta give them credit for the extended weapons customization though.

At least the campaign had a decent story but it still had infinite respawning waves of enemies with handicapped AI that just spray bullets in your direction.

Zombie mode was okay in my opinion. Honestly I did not really care about it.

However Treyarch is also just trying to milk money from the huge ass Call of Duty  franchise. It wouldn't surprise me if the game turns out to be very medicore and not be as good as everyone thought ( similar to earlier COD games ).
Still , I could be wrong and the game could be better than expected.

Hopefully, you can have more attachments on your guns than before.

The engine is wonderful, even if they keep re-using it. I think the new setting will keep me into the game for at least a week.

They should make more Call of Duty games like Black Ops. All the CoDs prior to it were just so tasteless and redundant imo, but in Black Ops they added all kinds of cool stuff like the RC XD and tons of class customization options, weapon attachments, etc. The more variety they add the better. Seems like CoD is finally getting its much-needed vehicles which is great as well.
