The head kind of looks like it's turning into an ant eater, no offense. It really doesn't fit the neck. That's the only thing I see wrong with it.

I actually had to double-check to make sure it wasn't just the dog with a new head drawn on it.

The head and the body are both alright individually, but they do not match very well at all.  The head's gotta be like 20% bigger.  The back should probably be a bit flatter as well, cats usually have rather level backs when standing.
