Author Topic: Viewing child research accidentally is no longer illegal in New York  (Read 8376 times)

Greetings from New York.

No but seriously, I'm totally bringing this up in lunch tomorrow.
"So uh guys, we can legally look at child research now, NOT THAT I WOULD OR ANYTHING, just yah know we could"
I wouldn't though, it's completely messed up.

So if we were in New York

someone could post nudes and it'd be legal for us to look at them

Not on the forums.

wat
child research is still research. It would be equivalent as posting a naked woman.

Are you talking about the forum rules

Supporting child research should be illegal.
opinions. trying to force religion on people should be illegal, but that's also an opinion.

Im confused did you want something other than opinions in this thread?

This is just a law reform, not a repeal.

It's a good reform and it makes sense, but I never expected it from NY, an extremely regulated state with a paranoid police department.

All states should adopt a similar reform to protect accidental viewers. It only makes sense.

Opinions based on facts.

Opinions based on facts.
except opinions arent ever factual

lol

This will fix itself in like half a year if the media decides to jump on it's ass.

im glad at least one person gets it

Guys, the thing is that according to law in most states as is, accidentally viewing child research is illegal and will get you arrested.  If you have a better idea, go ahead; it probably won't work.
