Best(Worst?) stuff your pants games ever.

I've heard that a number of games are the "best horror games ever". SCP-087-B, Amnesia, etc etc etc. What game IS the most horrifying and best constipation aid? I've personally played Amensia, and am terrified of the damn thing. SCP doesn't look too bad, but I've never played it.

What are YOUR thoughts? Youtube videos are a plus!

I'm for the most part scared of jump scares and sudden stuff popping up in front of me I can't identify in time due to darkness, and then having it disappear before I can get a good look.

The House 1 and 2. forget them.

Also paranoia. If there's upside down pentagrams with goat heads in them inscribed in blood on the wall, i feel like stuff's going to go down and i'm gonna get scared.
