i made it pretty clear that the CATAPULT ROUND stopped in mid-air because of mages
how would archers help
and everyone is running at the enemies anyways to calling for help would be pointless
and you are also not a commander so archers coming down from their position would be very unlikely
You rush forwards with the rest of your allies, heading straight for the center. As you get closer, the enemies near the front pull up long pikes from the ground next to them. You shout in surprise but are too late and one of them get your right arm. Your arm can no longer function efficiently.
Oh I forgot that it was smashed away.. I guess I will just move out of the way or something if they attack me..
You are luckier the Blaze and rush by the pikes, smashing into someone shoulder first. You stab another man in the chest and jump back just in time to dodge a sword coming at your head. You lose your sword in the mans chest.
Join a platoon in an assault towards one of the catapults.

You rush forwards with the rest of the group, but farther back. The pikes are not a danger by now and you easily make it by them, cutting into two enemies and killing them both.
