Bisjac and Destroyer would not be good admins, both are too biased in opinions about players and would ban for more personal reasons them community request. There's also the problem that both of them spend the majority of their time in the off-topic section, and I doubt either of them play blockland or play it often. They would also not be able to help with any development with the game. They would not be able to help with most problems within the game either.
