Yeah I know they have bans, and nerfs are pretty standard, but has anyone just pulled a random unexpected hero out of a hat? Best example of this recently is when N0tail played Meepo and wiped the floor with everyone, despite him having one of the lowest win rates while being the hardest hero in the game to play.

Does anyone on LoL dare to do this or would the admins crack down on having fun picks faster than that randoming in ranked fiasco? Legitimately interested in whether the top picked heroes have changed significantly over time or if it hovers around a pretty stable pool for anyone who follows the comp. scene for League.

If you take a look around at stats, people do pretty good with just about anyone (except karma).
Even before Evelynn was reworked (super underpowered), some people could still work wonders just from better positioning.

that's how i felt with alistar

i would let myself fall to about 1/10 hp and over extend. surprise, jungler coming!
so i run to my turret and they dive me. Q. gg.

Bots will occasionally chat at the beginning and end of games

Bots OP now all new people go to normal games.

And the capability to use emotes
