So attack speed wouldn't really help, seeing how your attacks reset after you use skills. You're better off building armor and CDR, and then other tanky items.

I don't know why they keep buffing Taric. The only way I can lose is if all 4 other players do bad, or one does exceptionally bad, or anywhere between those two extremes. I've been able to do this before they even gave him any sort of armor scaling.
The only thing that's changing is my build, and I feel like that's leading me to be even more OP with him.

Since I want to be able to cast everything and fully utilize the passive effect I want some AS in order to do so in a timely fashion

how to play taric: claim any role but adc or mid
get things that give in order of priority: wards, armor (unless 5 aps lol), health, mresist/mspeed/cdr
what do level up??: start whatever facewrecking skill you want at level 1, but by level 5, Q:1, W:3, E:1
Level W whenever possible unless ult. Level E until it's 3 then level Q to 5.
