I don't enjoy playing with people who are incapable of learning from the first or even the second mistake. lol

You have to read both of the sentences. you cant just ignore one because you think it doesn't apply to you

@ the ip price discussion on the last page

personally I'm fine with 6300 champs however they really need to start reducing older 6300s down to 4800 or 3150..

In my opinion, Ezreal should be 3150

He's extremely good though...
MOST good champs that are currently played often in high ELO should be 6300.

Then it's pay to win though. In a game where champions are theoretically supposed to be balanced, or are at least buffed/nerfed until they reach a passable state, the proper reason for varying cost is difficulty. That is to say, champions that resonate with the player skill level, capitalizing on talent but simultaneously punishing more for mistakes, should have a higher cost in order to prevent new players from getting in over their heads.

no, i don't know how riot chooses which champions are 6300 (besides new ones)
 but its definitely not this

Okay so i just had my first two games, in the second i killed six turrets, is that good? or should i be focusing on people more?

Riot doesn't choose the best champs.

The best champs are 6300s because they're new and super good.

Ez, Noc, Naut, Rengar, (Zed) just to name a couple.

Turrets are great, but you should participate in the teamfights. What were your scores?

Turrets are more important than people. But killing people can help you establish the dominance to kill turrets with less danger.

Although killing people as a primary goal late in the game is a little weird. Because of the risk of having the game turn on you if you cannot kill them, you would only try to make engagements a primary goal if you are way ahead. But if you are way ahead, you should kill the turrets because killing them is your actual goal.

Even if you are way behind you should still prioritize turrets. You probably won't win teamfights so you should farm and backdoor and only fight if there are ideal conditions.

tl;dr
The only point in the game where kills are more important than turrets is the early laning phase.

Edit: I don't know why I play this game but I do it anyway. It frustrates me and makes me yell at my internet friends. :(
not alone, bro. not alone.
