It is actually harder to farm in bots than in normals.
 - Bots are stupidly aggressive so you have to harass them off of you instead of lasthitting
 - Bots are sucky so you usually get caught up killing them instead of farming
 - People who play bot games don't care so supports will auto-attack/steal farm

Yeah, but I maximized the amount of farm I could get by having it just me and one bot, and the other bot wasn't stupidly aggressive for some reason. Whenever I bothered killing it I made sure that I didn't miss more than 1-2 cs because of it.

Well I was right... It's called Howling Abyss. But when I went to check it out...

Everybody on PBE has that.

It's this thing they implemented for players in eu / eune servers. When they play league of legends at say an internet cafe, they have a 20% ip boost and all the champions in the game unlocked.

But, it applies for everybody playing on the PBE client.

If you're on one of the EU servers, and actually live there, go play in an internet cafe and you get that ribbon while you play there.
