3rd support ticket since 2011 on the subject of my first account being permabanned:

Hello. This is officially my last time at attempting to get my original account, NIRS, back. I'm sorry to keep pestering about this, but it that account name really means something to me. I understand the, quote: "severity" of this case, but please hear me out when I say that the accused 'fraudulence' is impossible. The card that I used to purchase riot points was a Prepaid GreenDot card, purchased from a nearby Rite Aid. I do not know how it was possible that I was using the card in any malicious manner.
I've recently heard cases of people repaying Riot the money that they had to refund in order to have the suspension on their account lifted. If I recall correctly, the amount of riot points purchased back then was $10. While, I understand that this purchase has been accused of fraud, and how serious that issue is, I plea for you to believe me when I say that the accusation is completely erroneous. I am willing, and completely able to refund riot the money that was refunded to the card, provided that I either get the suspension lifted off of my original account, or at the very least get the summoner name removed from that account so that I can still use it.
The account was banned on or around July 23rd, 2011, until August 1st, 2145. Albeit true that the account was suspended nearly 2 years ago, that account meant something to me. I really put alot of work in to that account back then, and I haven't really been able to get over the fact that I'll never play on my very first account again.

It looks like 15$ is owed on the account. From reading the other support tickets, we've come to the conclusion that this was all a mixup with our own systems, as you had previously stated. We're very sorry about the inconvenience. As a reimbursement for this, we'll activate your account for you again, and we will also credit your account with 6,000 riot points, as a small compensation for the years without your account.
We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
