Tho norms are gonna be a loving stuffstorm.

I'm not completely sure, because riot mentioned something that they have to complete a certain number of normals (and maybe behave well on them?), and I guess its a good lesson for kids who flame the team.

I mean, yeah I'm a kid too (14) but I'm not saying "report my loving team" all over all chat if I die alone.
