Wormhole

Sorry, but no. :s

Answer is:
Helmet Powers

I'm probably going to be crossing out a lot of spoiler-type material over the course of CA.

Basicaly;
Helmets are made from plastic, like most everything else. However, one man discovered that when you expose them to large amounts of various mixtures of Antumbral, Penumbral and Umbral energies, the inert energy stored in the helmet's plastic is altered at the molecular level and it is given a power. And while helmets can all look the same, helmet crafters change the shape so people do not get confused.

Current list of helmets:

Standard Helmet
Wearer has faster reflexes.
Wearers: Antiar

Helmet of Invisibility
Wearer can turn themselves and any moderately-small object they are touching invisible.
Wearers: Night Fox

Helmet of Increased Defence
Wearer's reflexes are increased dramaticaly, along with an aptitude for sensing nearby enemies.
Wearers: Umiak

Helmet of X-Ray Vision
Wearer can look through objects, given they are not incredibly big (e.g. Moon-sized) and not made of Penumbral energy (shadows, forcefields, etc)
Wearers: Pentyl

Helmet of Speed
Wearer's reflexes, run speed and thought processes are increased to the point where it is simply absurd how fast they can do such activities.
Wearers: Comrade

I wanted to get this out of the way because I plan for them to be used quite frequently in the story.
And there will be more helmets comming as new characters are introduced.

Oh, and speaking of helmets...

The CHARACTER MAKER!
Just make a Blockhead and post it here and you can expect for it to make an appearance (though when is sketchy, but I promise it will at some point as a cameo, supporting character or even a secondary-main character!)

Though I've included all the stuff you'll see on characters that I make, feel free to make up your own helmets or hats or whatever.

Also, those red dots you see should be lined up with the neck when you go to put it on. I suggest using Paint.net or any other program with layers and delete the cyan, copy-paste the packs into a layer below the first and flatten later on.

If you need any help just ask me and I'll be happy to help.

OK NOW THAT THAT'S OVER;

Quote
Night Fox: Use your helmet

: Ha! We got 'em!

Oh, you couldn't be any more wrong, pilot.

Night Fox, losing his invisibility, drops like a stone into the lower levels of the atmosphere to avoid being seen.

Night Fox manages to find an abandoned, derelict building and quickly slides in before reverting to visibility again.

NF: Land and scout around, then report to Comrade

Blockland is surprisingly not a cube.

Blockland is surprisingly not a cube.

A cube planet for Blockland is too mainstream.

NF: Land and scout around, then report to Comrade

Night Fox doesn't see much of anything in the building, so he goes to get an overhead view of the streets.

Not much to see. This sector was raided by the Pepperboxes and abandoned by the surviving residents.

Wait...

That's a person!

>Pursue
>Stay put

stop claiming that this stuff is all comr4de gets from nick, because it isn't

stop claiming that this stuff is all comr4de gets from nick, because it isn't

>implying nick can't make an adventure for comrade if he wanted to

Stay put
"Vanish" and pursue

Aaaaaaaa
I'll wait until somebody chooses an option the go with majority rule

Ok so I've been thinking.

TBH this hasen't exactly gone as I planned. I've been going too far into the storyline and then someone picks something I didn't expect and I have to make something up which has messed up the story (no offence towards those who have been doing the different options).

So here's the deal:
I'm going to restart this at Sami2ss's suggestion but I'm going to end it differently, since that's pretty much where things went downhill.
I'm also not going to heavily detail the storyline. Rough outlines will still be done, but flexable enough for me to change them if needed.

Also, if I screw up (which is bound to happen, knowing me), I'd prefer you not sit there and twist your knickers into rope over it and instead tell me what I'm doing wrong so I can fix it and hopefully become a better adventure maker than before.

Helmet powers still apply.

Alright, let the redux begin.

: Sir, this building might make a good base for now. Should we use it?
: It looks rather old and derelict, there could be-

: Sir, the gangs are moving in on your position. I highly suggest you find shelter.

: Alright, fine. But you're not staying.
: Everyone, scout out the area and report enemy movements and report back.
: Yes sir!

Antiar takes the nothern road...

: Nothing yet.

...Umiak takes the Southern...

: I don't see anyone.

...and Pentyl takes the western.

: Nothing here.

: Alright everyone, back to base.

What now?

>Search around the base for anything interesting
>Refurnish
>Fall into the sky
