Is Evolution a Scientific Law, Theory, or both?

I've discovered a lot of intelligent controversy over this. Evolution is well-known as a scientific theory, but it has gained so much evidence that we can even see it in action in laboratories (speciation and micro-evolution). According to Google, a scientific law states a repeated observation about nature. Now that it has been observed, should we call it a law, a law and a theory, or still a theory?

Keep in mind a scientific law does not imply uncertainty. It means an answer taken from indirect evidence, but the process itself has not been seen. Darwin saw the changes left by Evolution, and published his theory. But it has now been observed, which makes it more viable to be a law.

Yes it can.
If you have a theory about me not having a dog, you dont know for sure. But if you come to my house and see that I do have a dog, that is no longer a theory, it is fact.

Like I said, it has been physically observed in laboratories and even a few times naturally.
