It was a stolen credit card. Back when he kept buying key after key to troll the forums, Badspot confirmed it was stolen and put it on the blacklist.

I knew that Ellinia was Okiver.

You could show this to the authorities and they'd track Okiver's IP and get him arrested.

in most probable cases he used a horrible proxy. just go to the proxy and ask who went here. get the IP. repeat until you have the original IP. get ISP, get them banned. his mommy wont be so happy then lol.
