No matter what  we do in our economy, Americans workers aren't and will never be anywhere near as efficient per dollar as Chinese workers are. This means that even if we made it illegal to outsource to China, our economy would die because no country would by our goods because they would be 700x the cost of China's. Our only hope for staying alive in the global economy is to rule the world of super corporations.
