Forums help me, I don't feel so good and I don't know whats happening :c

Well it started when I woke up at 8:30 this morning with extreme stomach pains that made it to where I couldn't quite get up.
I laid there in pain for a while till I went back to bed but then I woke up still in pain but it was worse :c.

I tried to keep in a cool environment for as long as I could but after a while I began to feel the need to puke so I went to the bathroom and just started to dry heave occasionally spitting some weird stuff out.
I still haven't thrown up but my stomach hurts bad... Also I can't stuff for stuff.
