um emotionally i'm sure it would effect both, and i've seen it affect both.

and i'd sure as hell want to have a say in the decision considering (over here at least) i'm legally bound to financially support the baby.

I know, I said this:
Is it as much his choice in a marriage or other relationship as a woman's? Of course, if it's his genetic code he obviously has full disclosure over his own child; but that's not my point.

One problem, the slaves would've actually been capable of their own decisions, had they been given the education. Bingo, you're killing yourself again. If they made the careless mistake, they may or may not have care for the child, so where will the child go?
You somehow draw the conclusion that that's the definition of "godless".
1. My guess is that a man in slavery cares more about his best intrest then his master, with or with out education. When you were 5 or 6, who do you think cared more about you getting hurt, your local school board /teacher/ princaple/etc., or you, the person who got hurt.
2. Right, so why should they even get the extreme option of killing the baby. At least if they put the baby in the wrong home, it will probley live.
3. Godless usualy means with out fearing a god. Here is a logical thing.

Fear of god stops a god fearing man from doing evil things. Killing is an evil thing. Therefore, being godless means with out fear of doing something evil, such as a criminal act.

Well yes, emotionally a man can.

I'm just saying, when the man's not even involved in some situations, why is it there are still men in the congress who are making decisions for those women.

I don't believe that after the man has laid his seed it's up to him any more.

It seems like these two sentences contradict each other to me.

gartanium you're killing yourself right now and also you're an idiot lol

And how is that? Thanks for calling me an idiot. I guess my beleifs to you are wrong, but because I have wrong beleifs I am an idiot to you.

I swear all the vocal religious people on this forum are absolute looneys.

Hmm. Yeah, I worded that wrong.

I meant it more towards what I was saying later about how the physical aspect of the abortion, not the involvement of a legit father who is actually involved with the upbringing of that child.

At least this isn't math. I already proved I'm no good at that.

How is that looney? Think about this. A man who beleives in an all powerfull god beleives the all powerfull god can destroy him. If the all powerfull god creates a commandment, like thou shalt not kill, the god fearing man who fears the all powerfull god is going to obey that. Its just logical.

So a godless man is with out a god. Therefore a godless man does not fear a god. Then you can conclude that the godless man does not fear doing evil wicked things, because evil and wicked come from there being a god. Then you can infer that the godless man does not fear doing evil things such as raping other people.

Don't believe in God?

Go on a rape spree.

Your whole argument gets thrown in the shredder when you come across a man who doesn't believe in god and also believes rape and murder are bad things. You know, like most well adjusted people.

you're saying that like nobody has ever killed or committed horrible acts in the name of god

which still happens

If a pro-life woman was pregnant with the devil's child and an abortion could kill it

would they get an abortion

Obviously whether or not you believe in a god, you should still believe in the sanctity of life because the creation of a life from a single cell organism to a very complex being that a human being is, is an incredibly wonderfull thing. We search for life on other planets, yet we easily kill a baby with in a moms wome and call it her choice, Disrespecting the choice of the father who made that life, taking  away the choice of him to be a dad. She kills the child who wants to live. We know that all living organisms try to live.

A women  thinks that there is no psychological consequences for what shes done yet research shows that a women who has an abortions suffers immensely from the psychological effects from killing a child. Its put forth as a choice but really its a very bad cliche that does not look at the consequences of a very bad choice.
