I don't get why Oblivion and Fallout 3 didn't come with the bethesda pack?

I bought two people some horse game. It's called Secret Of The Magic Crystals. If you want to give someone a heartfelt gift for only 5 quarters this is your best bet.

If you want enemies for life, sure.

If I still had money left over I would send it to a lot of people on my friends list for many laughs.

Hopefully Oblivion wins, I wanna get it on PC.

If any of you haven't bought Dear Esther yet, I recommend you pick it up. It's not worth it's original $10 price, but for $2.50 it makes for an interesting (and beautiful) 45 minutes.

seriously, black ops' original price is still $40?
it's been like 2 years.

I'd get the Bethesda pack but I hate how their games are put together. All the characters have the same voices, some people are essential, etc, etc, etc.

New Vegas seemed to do it right, anyone with a name has a unique voice and no one is essential.

In Oblivion it seemed like the entire voice acting budget was spent on Patrick Stewart.

Fallout 3 also suffers lack of voice acting.

Skyrim as well.

New Vegas (A game not made by Bethesda) added a wide variety of voice acting.

Just bought GTA: San Andreas :D

I've always hated Bethesda games. People say they're incredibly immersive and amazing, but they just seem extremely shallow and boring to me. The only reason I buy them is so I can forget around in the console.

They are incredibly immerse and amazing..... for the first 5 hours. Then you start to get sick of it and the repeated voice actors which causes you to just drown out what other NPCs are saying.

Everytime I walked by a guard in Oblivion I got pissed off because they said the same loving line over and over with the same loving voice. Their entire dialog is crap too and there is about like 3 lines of dialog conversations per character.

Bigger isn't better. All the caves, dungeons, etc were just filler. They all looked the same with the exception of randomly generated monsters and items.
