so we're supposed to have like 11mbps internet, which i had a week ago when i speedtest'd (this is now speedtest thread)

It wouldn't be that bad if they didn't have a bandwidth limit per month. They're only allowed 15gb usage per month or they shut down the service for 24 hours. God I hate being here.
