It's up to you but from what i've seen you're quite a big clan so if you want your own land part to use then that's fine.

Yes, we would prefer our own area.  Would a 32 x 32 be too large?  We can work it into a 16 x 16 too if you'd rather have that.  It will actually work rather perfect, as it will include a penthouse at the top for concert viewing for our invited guests.
