make sure it's a .wav, or convert it.

insert it into

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\tf_movies
rescan and filter for the file and enjoy.

File > Export > Movie

Install QuickTime for MP4 capabilities. Saves you like 10x on the upload.
