Bullstuff, salesmen don't come AS OFTEN. The ones who do come are even more pushy.

who even does door-to-door salesmanship anymore, anyway? it's pretty much non-existent in canada. dunno about the us/uk/wherever you guys live, though

It's not so much the salesman as it is the witnesses.

And it is in fact legal to shoot someone on your property if you have a sign posted saying "private property" and "do not trespass"
