scientists under surveillance by government officials have developed a serum that turns one into a draconic being much like our overlord. the serum has been issued worldwide as a mandatory shot; all who refused to comply were sent to an unknown island somewhere in the pacific ocean.
all things are outlined for easy identification and order. there are substantially less problems with identifying who is who, and what is what.
