Author Topic: Apparently I Only Have 64MB of Dedicated Video RAM  (Read 3596 times)

You're jealous of my 136fps aren't you. I know Live for Speed isn't particularly hard to run, but it's a massive improvement over my old computer, which ran it at around 60fps. Plus the graphics are pretty decent on highest settings, my dad thought I was watching TV when I was spectating an online race.

What the forget is wrong with that traffic cone

I have an ATI Radeon HD 6770 and I can run GTA4 on highest and get over 100fps without vert sync. Ujelbro?
This is a complete lie. Thanks for your time.

It's very easy for me to agree with you.

I have two AMD 6870s running in SLI, I get good fps but it's far from an average of 100 or more fps that Dominator is saying.

$600 is like the cheapest a laptop costs were you expecting an amazing gaming powerhouse for $600?
I bought a $500 one and I can run Arma 2 on max.

>post about how you can get 100 FPS on GTA IV
>only gets 136 on live for speed which is less demanding
:I

OP needs to build a computer.

god wtf is wrong with kids these days thinking that anything above $500 will max a game because the computer is somehow imbued with gaming magic.

Check the specs people or ask someone to do it for you. I've given PC recommendations to tons of people I know and they are all happy with what they got.

Back to school is relatively close if you can wait I'd wait and get a Dell laptop during their back to school sale. I rmember I got a $1200 laptop for $700 with the 33% discount and another discount from a coupon I got on one of those coupon sites I was surprised they stacked.

Next time you buy something research a lot so you know what the forget you're getting :)

>buys $600 laptop
>expects to run GTA IV

haha oh wow
I bought a new one for $600

Even if you meet required specs, the game is poorly optimized. It doesn't really run in a playable state until you have specs way above even recommended.

I bought a new one for $600
LOL CYRI. It is completely incorrect on every example.
