also forget, the system of decisions is kinda annoying. I wish there were more frequent issues, because I haven't voted on stuff related to my economy, and it says that it's fragile.

Do you have to unlock the factbook or do you get it right when you start out? I've had it since it came out like 3 weeks ago but I also have a pretty high citizen count.

It lets you add more depth to your nation by explaining policies, background, etc. None of it has any real impact on your nation though.
