If you join the WA, endorsement of me in Hardware Islands is mandatory. Waiting to get involved with international politics is a good idea though, gives you time to understand how it works before jumping in.

I want to learn how to handle this game.
Education is a great department to fund. It's currently my most funded with welfare and environment in second and third.
yeah I want those three to be my top 3 - the only problem is, my law and order is unnaturally low so my police struggle with their bad funding. I'll probably up the law and order a bit, and hold off on welfare until we get a bit more population. my administration is at 38 percent of my funding - I plan to drop it about ten percent.
